Invitation To Tender for the Long Notice RERT for Victoria
Under the Reliability and Emergency Reserve Trader (RERT) provisions of the National Electricity Rules, AEMO is permitted to procure RERT reserves in order to ensure that reliability of supply meets the reliability standard in a region.

Procurement of RERT reserves between 9 months and 10 weeks prior to the date AEMO reasonably expects the reserve may be required are "Long Notice" RERT reserve contracts.

AEMO is now seeking tenders from entities interested in providing Long Notice RERT for summer 2019/2020 for Victoria.

AEMO requests that interested parties proposing to respond to the Request for Expression of Interest for Long Notice RERT issued on 16 August 2019 (LNEOI) instead provide an offer to this ITT. Interested parties may submit a response to this ITT without having lodged a submission to the LNEOI.

This ITT closes on 4.00 pm, 13 September 2019.

Please use the same Returnable Information Spreadsheet (see link below) (this is the same Spreadsheet that was issued with LNEOI) to provide information as indicated in the ITT (please use the correct tab in the spreadsheet applicable to the type of reserve).
