Supply of Foam Bitumen

⁠⁠⁠Warrnambool City Council is seeking tenders for the design and supply of foamed bitumen stabilised source material for the purpose of temporarily stockpiling and re-use in Council's Major Patching Program.

The project is to supply to Council's existing stockpile location a high quality base course fine crushed rock which may contain a limited quantity of recycled material as per the conditions contained within the specification.

The material is to be stabilised with foamed bitumen and a supplemental binder consisting of hydrated lime. The contractor is to supply Council with a proposed design mix of source material and stabilising binders in accordance with the specification and supporting documentation.
