Moreland City Council is seeking a specialist Contractor to undertake aquatic and pool refurbishment works at the iconic Brunswick Baths in Brunswick.
With the facility reaching capacity works are required to allow increased pool programming. Scope of works includes reprofiling the 20m indoor program pool including access ladders, retrofit of pool hydraulics and filtration lines into the pool shell, treatment and resealing the balance tank and gutters, treatment and re-caulking concourse and general pool repairs including replacement of expansion joints, re-grouting and tile repairs to the program pool water play pool and spa pool.
