Enivironmental Site Audits

⁠⁠⁠The Corporation is seeking the services of suitably qualified and Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) appointed auditors to undertake a number of Environmental Site Assessments across its service region.

These site assessments must be undertaken in accordance with Part IXD of the Environment Protection Act 1970 (the ‘Act’) and must conform to Section 53X of the Act to inform an understanding of each site’s environmental liabilities prior to the commencement of planning or negotiations concerning potential site use or divestment.

Depending on outcomes from the Statutory Environmental Audit process, successful tenderers will be required to issue an Audit Report with a Certificate of Environmental Audit (the ‘Certificate’) or a Statement of Environmental Audit (the ‘Statement’).
