This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Task Description:
The courseware will comprise:
a. e-learning Help: navigation controls, resources, contacts, copyright, etc. Approximate number of screens; 10-14 screens
b. e-learning Course Introduction learning outcomes, completion standards, references, etc. as per draft storyboard being created by DLB. Anticipated number of screens; 111 including approximately 5 slides needing voice over narration and an audio soundtrack for launch of the course.
c. e-learning Lessons 1-6 as per draft storyboards being created by DLB. Anticipated number of screens; 180, and approximately 100 pop-up dialogues boxes, Additionally there will be approximately 26 screens for the end-of-lesson quizzes, there is no summative assessment for this course.
d. The e-learning package will need to have a high degree of interactivity which may include the use of voice over elements, interactive graphics and animations to make the learning engaging and interactive elements.
