City of Ballarat is seeking quotations from suitably qualified and experienced individuals and companies to provide renewal and fitout of commercial steam room at the Ballarat Aquatic and Lifestyle Centre.
This project is proposed to replace an existing commercial steam room which is aged and at the end of its typical service life. The existing steam room has served the aquatic centre for a number of years and is heavily utilised by the centre’s regular patrons.
The intent of this scope of works document is to set the performance expectations and requirements for a new fitted out steam room and receive quotations from experienced specialist aquatic contractors with a proven track record constructing new steam rooms in similar heavily utilised commercial aquatic centres.
