Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service (GCHHS) is intending to shortly release an Invitation to Offer to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement for the supply of Maintenance (non-acute) Care Facilities and Services to GCHHS non-acute patients.
The aim of maintenance (non-acute) care is to support patients who have ongoing care needs, but no longer require an acute admission. Services of specialist suppliers will be required to provide adequate facilities and maintenance (non-acute) care to support the stable care needs of public patients that are awaiting finalisation of their ultimate discharge destination.
