Zoos Victoria Publications Request for Tender

⁠⁠⁠Zoos Victoria is seeking the services of a registered, licensed and suitably experienced agency to provide services and guidance to streamline our current production of three print publications.

Two membership magazines and one stakeholder magazine.
We see an opportunity to completely outsource all magazines, however the opportunity to work together certainly has potential to be more than just magazines.

Outsourcing the production could increase effectiveness of the engagement with our membership and stakeholder base as well as secure commercial opportunity and revenue through integrated advertising opportunities.

Magazine production would include but is not limited to design, content development, procuring advertising including digital opportunities in membership EDMs, digital content, distribution via retail outlets, explore onsite advertising opportunities etc.
We would also welcome concepts on commercialising the rest of our owned content.

This could include, but not limited to onsite advertising and promotion partnerships, digital content such as social media, the Zoos Victoria website and eDMs, onsite collateral such as maps, retail and books as well as the possibility of commercialising our content library (making available our incredible library of images and video footage).
