Design & Construction of Splash Pad at Whittlesea Swim Centre

⁠⁠⁠Works include design and construction of a Splash Pad, associated water filtration, plant room, concrete paving, landscaping and installation of water play features at the Whittlesea Swim Centre. Only tenderers with demonstrated experience in Aquatic facilities are invited to tender.

Pre-Tender Site Inspection
Tenderers must visit the Site and make their own investigation and assessment of Site Conditions prior to tendering for the Works.

Tenderers must attend a mandatory pre-tender site inspection scheduled for Monday, 16 August 2019 at 10.30am at Whittlesea Swim Centre, Whittelsea.

Tenderers shall confirm their attendance by no later than 12 noon on Wednesday, 14 August 2019 via email at tony.cambrea@whittlesea.vic.gov.au detailing the contract number, company name and name(s) of attendees.

Tenders from companies that do not attend this mandatory site inspection will not be considered.

Prerequisite Requirements
Only Companies that have delivered redevelopment of aquatic facility and/or splash pad with water treatment/filtration system in Australia within the past ten years, are invited to tender for this contract. Tenders from companies that do not meet this requirement may not be considered.

The contract works shall be undertaken by an Aquatics Contractor approved by the engineer with suitable experience with work of this type, specifically commercial pool water treatment systems, commercial pool shell and splash pad construction and tiling/finishing of commercial pools and splash pads.
