Tender Description
Council wishes to engage a contractor for the Demolition and Construction of Webb Park Amenities Building, which includes, but is not limited to:
* Demolition of existing building including concrete paths and other associated services
* Construction of new building which will include:
* "home and away" change rooms, including 1 ambulant toilet, 4 showers with private change area cubicles, benches to the perimeter, clothes storage
* 1 separate fully compliant unisex DDA accessible public toilet and be programmable to self-open and close including 4 unisex toilets
* Two storage spaces with roller shutters for sporting equipment
* Kiosk area fully fitted out with relevant fixtures to meet safety requirements
* Rainwater tanks
* Sheltered covered area to the western facade of the building
* Construction of new DDA compliant footpath to the new amenity
