The Department of Veterans’ Affairs is building a multidisciplinary Digital Experience team to create client-centred content for DVA’s new website.
The team will work with business areas to refine existing content and develop new web content in line with DVA’s content guidelines.
The Web Content Team Lead responsibilities include:
* Lead Website Content team including editors, writers and project support
* Provide strategic direction for web content development
* Provide advice on procedures for content development and management
* Edit and clear content in line with DTA and internal guidelines
* Lead, support and train the content team
* Set goals, expectations and a positive example for the content team
