Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited for the above contract, located at:
• Lot 1 DP 37818, 3920 Far North Road, Houhora

The works consist of:

  •  Road widening and sealing of State Highway 1, including site clearance, services relocation, earthworks, stormwater drainage, kerb and channel, road sealing, safety barriers, vehicle crossings, footpath relocation, signs and markings.
  • NZTA contractor pre-qualification is required for this work.
  • Upgrade of sports complex access, parking, sports field and hard courts, including site clearance, tree removal, earthworks, stormwater drainage, concrete access way, metal car parks, top soiling and grass seeding, hard court seal repairs, sports field and hard court markings and furniture.
