Request For Tender for Sale of Tourist Park Cabin

⁠⁠⁠Mount Barker District Council (“Council”) is the owner of the Mount Barker Caravan & Tourist Park (“Park”), located at 40 Cameron Road, Mount Barker.

As part of the Park’s asset renewal program a tourist cabin has been identified as surplus and is being offered for sale via this request for tenders.

* Aluminium clad cabin
* 8.3 mtrs x 4 mtrs
* Sleeps 6 –double bed and 2 sets of built in bunks

* Floor coverings and curtains
* Air conditioning unit (Split System)
* LPG Gas Instant hot water heater
* Beds (linen excluded)
* Dining Room Table and Chairs
* Stovetop & oven
* Microwave
* All built in cupboards and robes
* Deck & covered veranda
* Wooden exterior skirting boards
* TV antenna

An opportunity for an onsite inspection will be held at 10am on 20 AUGUST 2019, at the Park.
