⁠⁠⁠EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

1.1 Role of Renewal SA

Pursuant to the Urban Renewal Act 1995 (SA), the Urban Renewal Authority (ABN 86 832 349 553) trading as 'Renewal SA' was established and continues as a statutory corporation reporting to the Treasurer.

One of the functions of Renewal SA is responsibility for the purchase or disposal of real property on behalf of all government agencies other than exempt agencies in accordance with Premier and Cabinet Circular 114 - Government Real Property Management (PC 114).

1.2 Invitation

The Minister for Education, Training and Skills (Vendor) is the owner of land and improvements located at 64 The Strand, Brahma Lodge SA 5109.

In accordance with its role under PC 114, Renewal SA, on behalf of the Vendor is seeking Expressions of Interest (Submissions) from parties (Proponents) for the purchase of the property, being Allotment 155 Deposited Plan 6619 in the area named Brahma Lodge, Hundred of Yatala and being the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 5621 Folio 726 (Property) in accordance with the provisions of this Document.
