Tender Description
The works in this contract comprises the cleaning of Council's 120 buildings, halls, and outdoor amenity facilities. The facilities have been grouped into three cleaning groups:
* Buildings
* Halls
* Outdoor amenities
The works are to be carried out at the nominated location and frequency within the Ku-ring-gai Council area for a three (3) year period with a possible extension of two (2) by one (1) year extensions.
Tenderers may respond to one or more of the cleaning groups.
