Provision of Software Development, Modification and Support Services for the FIND Information System

⁠⁠⁠The purpose of the tender is to procure services for the ongoing software development of the system functionality and provision of modification and support services.

The scope of the services sought under this tender includes:
Software support services for FIND and its associated data
Software development services for FIND including the acceptance of warranty for developed software
Software modification services for FIND
Specific requirements for the provision of System Documentation Services
Specific requirements for the provision of Project Management Services
Specific requirements for the provision of Consultancy Advice and Analysis
The provision of Database Administrator (DBA) services
The provision of System Architect services
Specific requirements for ‘Transition Out’ and ‘Transition In’ services

These services will be explained in more detail in the tender documentation and will form the basis of the scope of the eventual contract to be agreed with the successful tenderer.
