Tender Description
This project is for the construction of a wetland pond for the treatment of stormwater and discharge.
The proposed works are located in East Papamoa Te Tumu area and includes large stormwater conveyance swales, outlet and inlet structures, pond construction, and landscaping.
This upcoming project will allow for the commencement of Te Tumu land development and construction of the Papamoa East Interchange.
The earthworks quantities in the contract include a strip topsoil volume of 46,000m3 and cut to stockpile quantity of 200,000m3.
We anticipate publishing the tender documents mid to late August 2019.
Construction is envisaged to commence in October with a completion date in mid-2020
