Tender Description
This Request for Tender is for a Principal Design Consultant (PDC) and full sub-consultant team commission for the briefing, design and documentation, and contract administration for the refurbishment of Building 27 at JCU Townsville Campus.
Building 27 is the third of a series of projects delivered under the umbrella of the $73M Townsville Campus Renewal program which forms part of the $170 M NAIF bundle. Design will be completed for Building 27 through 2019 and construction undertaken through 2020, with occupants of Building 27 decanting to Building 28, early 2020.
