Tender Description
Knox City Council (Council) is seeking tenders for Templeton Reserve Stage 2 Construction for 2019.
The work to be performed under the contract are as following:
* Site preparation and earthworks;
* Minor drainage works;
* Concrete formworks including retaining walls and paths;
* Supply and installation of outdoor gym equipment station;
* Supply and installation of a bespoke picnic shelter;
* Supply and installation of bespoke park furniture;
* Supply and installation of new BBQ facilities including power connection;
* Supply and installation of new drinking fountain including water connection;
* Planting of new trees and plants; and
* 13 week maintenance and establishment period.
* The work is to be performed at: Templeton Reserve, 51 Templeton St, Wantirna VIC 3152
* The time and date by which tenders must be lodged are: 2.00 p.m. Wednesday 4 September 2019, unless otherwise amended by Addenda.
