Melton City Council seeks submissions from suitably qualified contractor to collaborate with Council to devise a corrective design solution for an existing failed raised crossing to the Norther aspect of the Melton Library & Learning Hub on McKenzie Street.

Specifically, this project will involve the following:
1. Analysis/investigation of existing raised crossing including review of existing specifications, drawings and relevant documentation. Investigate likely causes for failure based on the review of the original design and construction delivery. Produce a report outlining background, investigation process, likely causes of failure and proposed options to remedy.
2. Present Council with multiple design solutions and independent quantity surveyor estimates
3. Detailed Design Documentation and specification of preferred design option
4. Re-construct raised crossing
5. Fully maintain during 24 month defects liability period.
