Surf Coast Shire Council is seeking the services of suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the provision of sports grounds maintenance services at various locations across the municipality.

The services to be delivered under this contract fall within two distinct and separate categories;
Part A: Oval Mowing - Fixed Program (Lump Sum)
* Sole Contractor to be appointed
* Fixed Annual 6 Month Oval Mowing Program
Part B: Oval Spraying & Sports Ground Maintenance (Schedule of Rates)
* Panel of Contractors may be appointed on as required basis

TENDERERS MAY SUBMIT RATES FOR ALL, OR PART ONLY, OF THE NOMINATED SERVICE CATEGORIES.

The works to be performed under the Contract are both oval mowing and sports ground maintenance services, including but not limited to:
* Cylinder Mowing, Sports Ovals
* Chemical Spraying Pests, Insects & Disease
* Sand Topdressing - supply only and/or supply & spread
* Aeration, Earthquake, Solid Tining, Hollow Tining & Vacuuming
* Fertiliser spread only
* Gypsum supply & spread
