This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Contracted resource is to be engaged to provide specialist technical expertise to support enterprise technologies within the Defence Learning Technology Environment (DLTE) ecosystem.
The contracted resource will work at the Australian Defence College (Weston Creek ACT) within the Defence Learning Technologies Team.
The Senior Learning Technology Administrator provides complex specialist technical expertise, support and guidance for DLTE Learning Technologies and the community of users/stakeholders. The contractor will provide site administration, high level expertise, solution design and systems integration support to the current Learning Technologies and the future DLTE. The statement of work includes:
* Technical control, configuration management and oversight of enterprise Moodle LMS systems, presently two.
* Support to maintenance of security accreditation of applicable systems
* Solution advice and project support to major system changes, enhancements and interoperability initiatives
* Stakeholder engagement with primary user representatives as required to support project and change management initiatives
* Provide technical instructional design input, support and advice to stakeholders on the capabilities of the Moodle LMS to achieve business and learning outcomes.
* Document all change and configuration decisions and maintain knowledge base of documented technical data relating to the Moodle LMS environments.
* Provide support to administration and management of plugins and integrated products into the Moodle LMS environments, such as H5P plugin, TurnItIn and Virtual Classroom systems.
