AMES Australia occupies a rooming house property at Research Close Werribee, Victoria consisting of three main buildings intended for use as initial accommodation for clients of the Humanitarian Settlement Program (HSP). The Principal invites Tenderers to submit Tenders to perform rectification works, testing, compliance checking and finally issue electrical compliance certification upon completion of works, in line with applicable Australian Commonwealth and State legislation and standards.
