Auditing Services for Preferred Supplier Program

⁠⁠⁠WALGA wishes to have an audit undertaken of the procurement processes associated with its Preferred Supplier Program, and in particular whether these meet good practice standards.

The purpose of this project is to review WALGA’s tendering and contract management processes, Policy, and procedures to identify areas for improvement in terms of efficiency and effectiveness. This project will also identify any gaps in terms of WALGA’s compliance to a similar standard as that required of WA Local Governments through the 1995 Local Government Act and the associated Local Government (Functions and General) Regulations 1996.
