Commercialisation rights for a new fungal insecticide (DAT511)
DAT511 is an entomopathengenic fungus demonstrating effective control of insect pests in cotton including Helicoverpa spp, green mirids, silverleaf whitefly, green vegetable bugs and mealy bugs.
It is a non-chemical and natural chemical pest control tools that could be used to complement beneficial insect activity against these pests and support IPM programs on cotton and other crops.
