Tender Description
The Yarra Ranges Shire Council, ABN 21 973 226 012 (‘the Principal’) invites tenders from suitably experienced parties for the Construction of Jacaranda Reserve Playspace (‘the Works’), (Melways Ref Map 52A5), and/or the Construction of Roma Reserve Playspace (Melways Ref Map 278 K10).
Tenderers are required to be Registered Commercial Builders with the Building Practitioners’ Board.
Tenderers are advised that the construction shall be completed no later than 30th June 2020. Tenderers may tender for one or both Playspaces.
