Project Scope:
* Removal and disposal of existing cladding as noted for demolition
* Supply and installation of Colourbond cladding
* Supply and installation of Exotec Sheeting Cladding
* Demolition of plant room walls
* Rebuilding of plant room walls
* Removal and disposal of existing tilt up windows
* Supply and installation of new tilt up windows
* Removal of Shade cloth structure
* Supply and installation of new shade structure
* Painting
* Associated Electrical Works
* Careful removal of all associated fixtures and fittings to enable installation of wall finishes
* Reinstatement of all associated services, fixtures and fittings on completion of installation of new wall finishes
* Removal and disposal of glazing
* Supply and installation of new glazing
* Supply and maintain temporary protection of the areas under construction
* Supply and maintain hoarding to enclose any openings and ensure the building is secure at all times throughout the works
* Replacement of all cappings and flashings with new where affected by the works
* Excavation and site works including make good and reinstatement
