Tender Description
Development Victoria intends to engage a suitable consultant for Design Assessment Services relating to the Riverwalk Development.
The successful bidder will be required to undertake the design assessment services for approximately 1,250 dwellings and a number of medium density development sites within Riverwalk.The tender will be awarded for ongoing services over an approximate 5 year period. The procurement is subject to the Ministerial Directions including, Local Jobs First Policy and Social Procurement Framework requirements.
