Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced operator under a new contract to provide the golf professional and management services at the North Turramurra Golf Course.

To provide fair and reasonable access to the sporting facilities to the community and to maximise Councils use of the infrastructure and facilities at the North Turramurra Golf Course.

The Council is offering tenderers an invitation to respond to this tender document to enable appointment for an initial term of four (4) years for the period commencing 1 November 2019. At its sole discretion Council can further extend the appointment for two (2) periods of two (2) year's for a maximum term of eight (8) years.

Interested parties are advised that a site visit will be conducted on Wednesday 7 August 2019 at 10am sharp. Please email the contact officer to register by Monday 5 August 2019, details can be found in the RFT document.

Submissions can also be placed in a sealed envelope and endorsed with the tender title, number, and closing date, and placed in the Tender Box located in the foyer (level 4) of Council Chambers, 818 Pacific Highway Gordon 2072 by the nominated time and date.
