⁠⁠⁠In this Invitation to Tender (including the Conditions of Tender and other Schedules), references to JHR are to be read as references to John Holland Rail Pty Ltd (ABN 61 009 252 653).

JHR has been appointed by Transport for New South Wales – Country Rail Contracts (CRC) to manage, operate, maintain and upgrade the Country Regional Network (CRN) of the NSW railway system.

JHR invites Tenders for the Provision of Gulgong to Maryvale Rail Line Feasibility Study and Kandos to Gulgong Line Reopening Feasibility Study, the scopes of which are defined in the Contract and this Tender.

The documents that will comprise the Contract are contained in Schedule 5 of the Conditions of Tender.

Schedule 1 of the Tender Documents identifies you are required to tender on a Lump Sum basis. A Schedule of Rates is also required.
The currently proposed programme for the provision of:

a. Separable Portion 1 – Kandos to Gulgong Line Reopening Feasibility Study covers the period from 2 September 2019 to 29 November 2019.

b. Separable Portion 2 – Gulgong to Maryvale Rail Line Feasibility Study covers the period from 13 September 2019 to 13 December 2019.

Following tender close, the contract for both studies is expected to be awarded by 30 August 2019. Client funding is available.

The Conditions of Tender (Schedule 2) and Special Conditions of Tender (Schedule 3) set out the details of how you may submit your Tender.

The tender forms set out in Schedule 4 must be completed, signed and submitted by each Tenderer together with any other documents or information requested in the Tender.

The successful Tenderer will be required to execute the Contract in the form of Schedule 5 before commencing the Works.
