Tender Description
Suitably qualified and experienced practitioners or organisations to provide:
* an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) consisting of a range of confidential counselling, support and mediation services to Council employees and their immediate families who need support with work related and personal pressures;
* a Management Assistance Program (MAP) to provide independent and confidential support to managers and supervisors about people management, preventative workplace strategies and difficult employee issues;
* Critical Incident/Trauma to provide onsite counselling for groups or individuals; and
* Case Management – workplace consultancy to provide facilitated support on workplace matters in consultation with the employer.
