Provision and Maintenance of Gymnasium Equipment

⁠⁠⁠Yarra Ranges Shire Council, here forth referred to as the ‘Council’, invite tenders from suitably experienced and resourced parties for the Provision & Maintenance of Gymnasium Equipment.

Upon installation of the gymnasium equipment (as soon as practically possible) the successful tenderer will be required to provide maintenance services for a period of four (4) years. Beyond the initial four (4) year period Council, at its discretion, can negotiate an extension to the maintenance services with the original supplier of the equipment if it does not proceed with the buy-back offer of equipment procured under this contract.

Submissions are sought from tenderers suitably experienced in the provision of the Goods and Services as outlined in the specification.

Council may select one or more tenderers to provide and maintain the required equipment under this contract.
