Ambulance Victoria Vehicle Fit Out Services

⁠⁠⁠Ambulance Victoria is seeking suitably qualified and experienced Contractors for a panel contract to Fit Out the new Ambulance Victoria Fleet. The scope of the Agreement includes:
(a) the Fit Out of Stretcher Ambulance Vehicles that comply with relevant standards and conditions as outlined in the Specification
(b) the servicing and maintenance of the Fit Out.
(c) Contract management including meetings, reporting and performance reviews as requested by Ambulance Victoria.

The Agreement is for a four year term with extension options up to a further three years with one or more providers.

It is estimated a total of 125 Base Vehicles will require Fit Out per annum and AV reserves the right to determine the quantity of work to be provided to a Contractor based on their cost, timelines to deliver completed vehicles and quality performance of the Contractor.
