Salisbury Community Hub- Facilities Management, Promotion and Activation

⁠⁠⁠11338 - The City of Salisbury is investing in creating a new era for the Salisbury City Centre and facilities for our community through the development of a Community Hub. The Salisbury Community Hub will be a place for the community to come together to exchange ideas, learn, participate and celebrate in a range of flexible community spaces.

Promotion & Activation
* This function will coordinate and be responsible for the ‘front line” interaction with external users of the Salisbury Community Hub (initially but likely to expand to other Council facilities) to promote its use and manage the customer experience from initial enquiry through to finalising the booking of the required space and associated services, eg catering, AV, security etc.
* Promotions & Communications team to support the marketing and promotion of the facility

Facilities Management
* Facilities Management section who will be undertake the setting up of rooms, dealing with any initial request for assistance in using the facility and/or services, managing operational contracts and internal resources for delivery of the required services
