Central Highlands Water (CHW) is seeking submissions to lease CHW land known as the Ballan Wastewater Treatment Plant property at Ingliston Road Ballan for cropping and grazing purposes.

Additionally CHW is seeking submissions for the Use of Reclaimed Water from the Ballan Wastewater Treatment plant to be utilised on CHW land and/or on additional non-CHW owned land.

Please Note there will be a MANDATORY MARKET BRIEFING held as described below:

Non-attendance to the above Mandatory Market Briefing will deem your tender submission ineligible.

This Market Briefing will be followed by a site visit to the Ballan WWTP leasable area at 11.30am which is non-mandatory, however would be advisable.
