The National Trust of Australia (Queensland). Tender Registration - Alterations & Additions to James Cook Historical Museum, Cooktown.

Project work involves the refurbishment of an existing State Heritage Listed building, the construction of new elements including ramps and lifts, installation of new electrical and mechanical components and new joinery and interpretive elements.

Construction works are to be completed prior to June 2020.

Building Contractors wishing to register for tender selection should make a submission to the Principal Consultant by COB Monday 29 July 2019. Include corporate information, previous project details and project staffing, together with references, sufficient to demonstrate that prospective tenderers have the resources, capability and expertise to satisfactorily complete the works. Submissions shall not exceed 10 pages.

The selection of building contractors to tender for the project shall be at the discretion of The National Trust of Australia (Queensland).
