Tender Description
The project will involve the construction of a new indoor high-ball facility located on a greenfield site and be inclusive of the following:
* Six (6) high-ball courts including show court and seating
* Player & referee change and amenities
* Kiosk
* Reception, administration, multi-purpose, meeting spaces and storerooms
* Public amenities including accessible toilets and changing places facility
* Entry, foyer, social and circulation spaces
* Car parking for approx. 350 cars inclusive of lighting and drainage
* Paths and landscaping (including enhancement of NVPP zone)
* All services to site and building including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire
* Designed to meet peak sporting body requirements
* Designed to meet the objectives of the applicable urban design framework and reflecting its position within the metropolitan activity centre
* Meet sustainability requirements (5-star equivalency)
* Commitment to tuning and commissioning (Council has an appointed ICA)
