Tender Description
Provision of Quality Assurance (QA) / Quality Control (QC) service in support of Drilling and Completions (D&C) operations.
Scope could include items such as:
* QA/QC and lifting inspections of drilling and well completion tools/ equipment undertaken either at supply base or other contractors’ facilities.
* Provision of an embedded D&C QA/QC Coordinator:
* Oversight and directing QA/QC operations;
* Maintain and revise QA/QC Standard Operating Procedures (SOP);
* Review/assess service companies’ quality processes and procedures;
* Facilitate resolution of non-conformance issues;
* Provide guidance in determination of witness, monitor and hold points in suppliers Quality Plans (QP) and Inspection Test Plans (ITP);
* Liaise with suppliers in development and implementation of Preventative Maintenance (PM) and equipment ITP;
* Assist with identification and oversight of QA/QC requirements for critical components and services;
* Assist suppliers in development of QP, ITP and SOP to ensure D&C tools have been properly inspected, assembled, and function tested;
* Track and report metrics; collate reports for equipment inspected; and
* Liaise with approved QA/QC services company for non-conformance reporting (NCR) and tracking.
* Third Party site inspection services:
* Review QA/QC documents including build sheets, torque make up sheets, quality assurance procedures, previous inspection reports and required standards;
* Witness assembly of tools and components and necessary torque make-ups and pressure testing to ensure the respective tools/equipment are maintained and properly made-up in accordance with the appropriate procedures and quality standards;
* Perform lifting equipment inspection, including certified visual inspections, non-destructive testing, DNV certification, lift plan preparation, and related tasks.
* Prepare and manage inspection related documentation such as NCR, Root Cause Analysis, Request for Inspection and status/progress reporting;
* Review and approve supplier quality document deliverables such as QP’s and, PMITP’s;
* Daily activity reports / prepare and report NCR including follow up of resolution / recommendation prior to load out;
* Participate in equipment failure and root cause analysis investigations; and
* Inspect / verify offshore lifting equipment meet required standards.
