Deakin University is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced and resourced operators interested in the design, fit-out, operation and management of businesses at the Burwood Campus currently under construction. The businesses are a standalone venue (Main Cafe) and a small venue operation within the foyer of Building LC (Grab'n'Go).
Operators wishing to express an interest will need to demonstrate in their response proven hospitality business acumen, bistro/cafe operating skills and a passion for the field.
Please not that there will be a Site inspection on Monday 22nd July 2019 at 2PM (Burwood Campus) with the exact location posted on the University's etender portal.
Expression of interest submissions close on Thursday 8th August at 2.00 pm. In the first instance submissions should be lodged in the electronic tender box.
Any enquiries relating to the expression of interest documents or the provision of the service in general should be addressed in the first instance through the forum on the University's etender portal.
