Tender Description
Provision of a production planning process and associated tools to deliver hydro carbon products to LNG customers safely, reliably and efficiently.
Services may include technical design, architecture and implementation of a medium, short term and tactical planning / scheduling system for LNG, condensate and Domgas production which has the ability to:
* Optimise production plan against market demands, reservoir and facility constraints;
* Simulate the end-to-end product supply chain process and apply ‘What-if’ scenarios in the simulated product supply chain process; and compare simulations to identify impacts/variances;
* Automatically receive accurate and quality data from selected systems to minimise manual interfaces;
* Determine facility capacity and produce rolling forecast of available daily plant capacity to process raw gas;
* Create and publish the annual delivery plan; and
* Create and operate the specific delivery schedule used for Cargo planning.
