Request for Tenders Psychosocial Support Services

⁠⁠⁠Hunter New England and Central Coast Primary Health Network (HNECC) is inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to tender for Psychosocial Support Services to be delivered across our region.

The Services will work to enable clients to achieve their treatment goals by facilitating access to the following activities: Connecting to other locally available services (EG Volunteering organisations, Council run programs, government-funded initiatives, GROW groups, Head to Heath, Quitline), Brokerage of services, where cost-free programs do not exist and Support for transition into NDIS where appropriate

Any resulting contracts will be 18 months in duration from 01/01/2020 to 30/06/2021.

Responses must be received by 2.00pm, Friday 2 August 2019

The canvassing of Board Members or Executive or HNECC Limited staff could lead to automatic disqualification from the process.
