Continence, Wound Care and Nutritional Products to Workers

WorkSafe is inviting Suppliers to participate in this Request for Tender (RFT) Process.

In issuing this RFT, WorkSafe seeks to identify Suppliers who have the skills, resources and experience necessary to supply continence, wound care and nutritional products to injured workers in accordance with Part B Specification, Part C Proposed Contract, and the WorkSafe Equipment and Related Services Policy.

Tender submissions are invited from Suppliers who are able to:
* Demonstrate capacity and capability to supply quality continence, wound care and nutritional products to a client cohort similar to injured workers;
* Supply a broad range of products to meet the needs of injured workers (preference will be given to suppliers who can supply products in all categories of the Product List in Part D);
* Provide products which meet all required Australian laws and standards including Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) Registration (where applicable);
* Supply products across Victoria (national delivery capability will be viewed favourably);
* Provide competitive and cost effective pricing for products and delivery services;
* Demonstrate robust processes and systems to ensure on time delivery of products in accordance with order urgency levels (refer to Schedule 4 of Part C for urgency level definitions);
* Provide responsive customer service;
* Provide efficient purchasing processes and systems.

The proposed contract is intended to commence on 1 November 2019 for a term of two years and two months.
