Caretaker/Grounds Maintenance/General Maintenance

The Uriarra Village Body Corporate is looking for one or more Service Providers to oversee the day-to-day running and general maintenance of our Village.  The successful Service Provider(s) will be responsible for maintaining the overall standard and concept of the village with various tasks including:  

Grounds maintenance

Building and Improvement

Cleaning

Pool Maintenance

Uriarra Village is a rural residential village located on Brindabella Road just twenty minutes from Cooleman Court, Weston. There are 100 homes in the Village along with common facilities including a Community Hall, Old School Building, swimming pool, tennis courts, parkland and paddocks.
