This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Working as part of the IT Modernisation Project team, the role will assist with the planning and solution design of a Stakeholder Engagement Management Solution (SEMS) comprising a CRM, Bookings and Retail Orders applications. The solution will be based on a core Lightning Salesforce Cloud using the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP).
Specific activities will include:
* Validation of the SEMS requirements backlog
* Providing advice on appropriate solution designs, including use of additional cloud services where required
* Development of key planning documents (solution architecture, data model, implementation roadmap etc.)
* Oversight/review of development activities
* Assisting with development of business cases
