Tender Description
The City of Sydney invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to create a new community or cultural hub in the Haymarket Library on 744 George Street, Haymarket. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing all three floors of the building.
They will enter into a three year lease with the potential for a further two years, based on regular performance reviews. Respondents will be required to demonstrate how they will sustainably meet one or more of the criteria of the City’s Accommodation Grants Program outcomes.
This is a single stage process from which a suitable tenant will be chosen. Interested parties are required to demonstrate their capacity, financial and managerial capacity for providing the services within the required timeframe, have had previous experience on similar sized endeavours and demonstrate a commitment to environmentally sound principles.
