This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
CASA requires an external provider to deliver an integrated solution capability using Microsoft 365 services to support various areas across CASA including Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Management, Business Capability Management and Business Management.
The foundational capability will be leveraged across multiple areas in CASA. All areas will have different requirements but will use the same platform (i.e. the solution).
The solution will be used, in the first instance, to enable CASA to manage its work related to the International Civil Aviation Organization’s (ICAO) Universal Safety Oversight Audit Programme.
