Tender Description
Council is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from exceptional, qualified and experienced construction contractors (Respondents) to undertake the completion of the construction phases for four recreational facilities including playing fields, pavilions and associated works to be developed in the City of Casey.
Due to the large demand of sporting facilities within the City of Casey, Council has allocated funding to deliver four new active recreational facilities through Council's Capital Works Program (CWP).
1. Selandra Reserve
2. Livingston Reserve
3. Ramlegh Reserve
4. Kilora Reserve
Respondents to this EOI shall be shortlisted and be invited to provide submissions for the above works.
