Medical Imaging Equipment and Radiotherapy Equipment

HPV is establishing a panel of pre-qualified suppliers (HPVC2019-077 Medical Imaging Equipment and Radiotherapy Equipment). HPV is inviting Responses to an Invitation to Pre-Qualify (ITPQ) for the purposes of assessing supplier capability, capacity and suitability to be appointed to this panel and supply equipment, goods and services within the scope of this panel to Victorian public hospitals and health services.

Initial ITPQ Release Date: 27 June 2019 / Initial ITPQ Closing Date: 5 August 2019

The Panel will remain open for pre-qualification from the Release Date of this initial ITPQ until the end of the Panel duration. To enable sufficient time for assessment of initial Responses prior to the envisaged Panel commencement date, HPV has set a Closing Date and Time for lodgement of Responses to this initial ITPQ of 5 August 2019 at 14:00 AEST.

The scope of Panel HPVC2019-077 includes the following categories:
* CT Scanners
* MRI Scanners
* Angiography and Fluoroscopy Systems
* Ultrasound Systems
* X-Ray Systems
* Mammography Systems
* Nuclear Medicine Systems
* Advanced Visualisation Software, Workstations & Thin Client Servers
* Contrast Media Injection Systems and Associated Consumables
* Radiology Reporting Monitors and Graphics Cards
* Medical Imaging Equipment Service and Maintenance
* Radiotherapy Equipment

It is envisaged that the Panel will commence on 1 January 2020, and remain active and open for pre-qualification until at least 31 December 2024, with the Panel duration continuing to roll over based on a 5 year “Evergreen” arrangement (in alignment with the Term of Agreements under this Panel) unless terminated by HPV.
