Cairns Regional Council is inviting submissions from suitably qualified and experienced Suppliers to provide a stable, high quality webcasting service to:
* provide all streaming hardware,
* ensure upload of recorded Council meetings to a dedicated website,
* manage the internet bandwidth required for the viewing of both live streamed and recorded Council meetings on said dedicated website (not to be run on Council's network).
* provide a system that is simple to use during meetings with no extra resource requirement to run hardware (no operator), and
* include training, monitoring and support during meetings when required.
