Tender Description
FWOROCE seek to provide an online tool, available to employers, employees and members of the community to calculate leave, notice, wages and other entitlements payable to workers.
This online tool will identify the wages and entitlements for workers coming from:
* All of the Modern Awards published by the Fair Work Commission (FWC)
* The Queensland Wage Order provisions
* The National Employment Standards
* FWC decisions, including Annual Wage Review decisions
The online tool will deliver comprehensive wage information, including penalty rates, shift calculations, and allowances and must be:
* Available in Web and mobile devices and satisfy accessibility standards (WGAG 2.1 AA rating).
* Flexible to tailor solutions to customer needs
* Integrate with FWO’s customer portal (My account) to enable saving sessions and receive notification on wage updates.
* Comply with compliance and security benchmark including ISM, PSPF, and National Archives Records Management.
The wage data and rates from the online tool should be accessible to the public in a printable form (pay guides) and available as API.
This opportunity will be subject to the terms and conditions of the new Master Agreement that takes effect from 1 July 2019.
